By hiring DipeshITsolution for any IT service (Website Development, SEO, Graphic Design, etc.), you agree to the terms listed on this page. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and us (the Agency).
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients.
The specific services to be provided will be outlined in our project proposal or invoice. Any requests outside the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
- Web Design: We offer a specific number of revision rounds during the design phase. Once the design is approved and development begins, major design changes will be billed extra.
- Graphic & Video: We provide unlimited revisions within reason during the initial draft phase.
- SEO: SEO is an ongoing process. We do not guarantee #1 rankings on Google overnight, but we guarantee the implementation of industry best practices to improve your visibility.
We require upfront commitments to allocate resources for your project effectively:
- A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to start any project.
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final files are handed over or the website goes live on your domain.
- For monthly services (like SEO or Social Media Management), payments must be made at the beginning of the billing cycle.
Website Content: All text, images, and branding assets provided by the client must be legally owned by the client. We are not liable for copyright infringement caused by client-provided materials.
Final Code & Designs: Upon full and final payment, the copyright of the final website, logos, and designs is transferred to you. However, DipeshITsolution reserves the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
We provide free bug-fixing and minor support for 30 days after a website is launched. This covers technical errors on our part.
It does not cover issues caused by the client editing the code, server/hosting downtime, or adding new features. For ongoing support, we offer affordable Monthly Maintenance packages.
Because of the time and resources involved in IT services, our refund policy is strict:
- The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a project is cancelled by the client midway, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that point.
- If DipeshITsolution fails to deliver the promised services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a proportional refund will be issued.
